After a successful career with West Midlands Police force, Tom diversified & has extensive experience gained whilst working for several large companies specialising in sales overseas and UK-based customer service operations.
Having formed Animal Search UK, the organisation rapidly became Europe's leading missing pet organisation. Tom moved on early 2022 to help out working with the NHS ‘hands on’ during the pandemic . Now in 2024 his brand new concept AERO is where his energy is being channeled.
Tom has 2 children, Polly and Sam, who work alongside him as Fundraiser and Photographer for the organisation.

Meet the fleet - the bikes taking us from A to B here at AERO.
Our BIKES
Maggie has the capability to navigate muddy countryside lanes, just as comfortably as she handles a motorway. With a super large carrying capacity, Maggie can hold any kind of small mammal or bird in her ventilated stowage, making her an essential part of our fleet.
For spring 2025, we're very excited to announce we'll have another superb Honda Motorcycle ready to join our team.
It's a Honda NX500 a super reliable and capable bike. Suitable for nipping around inner city or out on the open road. Her name will be revealed soon as she joins the team in April 2025
Amazing news- May 2025 we will have the UK's first ever Emergency Response car for pets. Carrying more rescue equipment so we can atttend a wide variety of incidents, trapped wildlife, found pets, equipment requests by vets, even carry a veterinary clinician on board when necessary.
When Honda heard about our exciting plans, they generously offered their support, providing us with an Africa Twin and a second motorcycle on loan coming in 2025. Their belief in our mission and their instrumental role in making this brand-new concept in animal welfare a reality is something we deeply appreciate. Our sincere thanks go to Honda for their ongoing support.
